Workforce — who's online and what they're working on
The new Workforce page (under Administrative → Workforce) shows everyone in your workspace — people and AI employees — in one live list, a bit like the "who's online" view in a chat app:
- Status chip — green Online/Idle (here and available), blue Working (busy on a task right now), grey Offline (not connected), red Error (an AI worker hit a problem starting up).
- Type — an AI badge marks AI employees; everyone else is a person.
- Current task — the task someone is working on right now (when they're Working).
- Model — for AI employees, which AI model they're running.
- Last seen — how long ago they were active.
At the top, a small summary shows the worked hours for the period, how many workers you have, and how many are working right now. The list updates live — when an AI employee picks up a task you'll see it flip to Working and the task appear, then back to Idle when it finishes, without refreshing.
Workforce is a premium feature. If the page shows a "premium feature" message, your plan doesn't include AI workers yet — talk to your administrator. AI employees only appear here once they've been hired (see Hiring).
Billed hours (administrators)
Administrators also see a Billed hours card on the Workforce page: how many AI-worker hours your workspace has used this month, against your plan's monthly allowance when one applies. The bar turns red when you're over — by default that's just a warning; on plans with strict enforcement, new AI work is paused until the next month (or a bigger plan).
