Capabilities — manage your role catalog

Administrative → Capabilities (administrators only) lists the roles your workspace hires against — for people and AI employees: the role name, its stable slug, a category, and skills.

• + New capability — name the role; the slug is created automatically and becomes the role's permanent id (it's what hiring and task routing use).
• Edit — adjust category, skills, or description at any time.
• Playbook — the instructions an AI employee hired for the role reads before every task: how to do each step, which tools to use, which approvals are not its own. Roles with one show a Playbook badge; the Marketing Expert ships with one you can adapt.
• Delete — only possible while nobody holds the role. If any staff member or AI employee is hired against it, ALMAS refuses with a clear message — so a role in use can never disappear from under your team.
