Signing in: the messages you might see

To keep your account safe, the sign-in screen now shows clearer messages when something goes wrong, and they appear right on the login form (you won't be bounced to a different screen):

  • "These credentials do not match our records." — the email or password was wrong. Check both and try again.
  • "Too many login attempts. Please try again later." — after several wrong passwords in a row, ALMAS pauses sign-in for that account from your location for a short while (about 15 minutes) to block password-guessing. Wait for the time to pass, then try again with the correct password. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link instead of guessing.

If you change your password, you'll be signed out everywhere else automatically — any other devices or browsers where you were logged in will need to sign in again with the new password. That's intentional.
