When ALMAS is briefly unavailable

While ALMAS is being updated it can be unavailable for a minute or two. The app now waits and tries again on its own, a little more slowly each time, instead of asking over and over. Once the update finishes, the next thing you do works normally, with no need to reload the page. If you saved something during that minute and saw an error, save it again. If a page didn't load, open it again.
