Export a list to a spreadsheet (CSV)

Several list pages now have an Export CSV button. Click it and ALMAS downloads the current list as a .csv file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc. The file includes the items you can see (within your access), with a tidy set of columns for that kind of record.

• The download is secure: it only includes data you're allowed to see, and only for the organization (tenant) you're currently working in.
• ALMAS prepares these files so they're safe to open — values are written so a spreadsheet can't accidentally treat them as a command. If a cell looks like it has an extra apostrophe (') in front of something that starts with =, +, -, or @, that's the safety measure and is expected.

The Companies list is the first page with the Export CSV button; more list pages get the same button over time.
