Sending domain and brand (2026-09-28)

Tenant menu → Tenant settings → Sending domain. Until you register a domain, marketing emails go out from the platform's shared sender. Enter your domain (for example mail.yourcompany.com) and click Register domain: three CNAME records (plus a recommended DMARC record) appear with Copy buttons — publish them at your DNS provider. The status moves from pending to verified on its own, usually within the hour (Check again refreshes it). The Brand block sets the from-name, reply-to address and the postal address printed in footers. If too many recipients mark your emails as spam, sending pauses automatically and the card says so (WhatsApp mailings are not affected). Saving the brand never changes the domain's verification.
