Customer portal — tickets and invoices for your customers (2026-09-28)
A contact of a customer company can be invited to a small portal where they open support tickets and check their invoices — for their company only.
Inviting. On the company page's Contacts card (or in Marketing → Contacts) click Invite to portal, tick which areas they may use (Support tickets, Invoices) and send. The contact receives an email with a link; after signing up they land on the portal. The chip on the contact turns Portal: invited, then Portal: active. A person who is already a member of your workspace cannot be invited as a customer.
If the email never arrives. On an invited contact click Copy invite link and send it yourself (WhatsApp, a call, in person). ALMAS copies the link to your clipboard (or shows it in a box to copy by hand) and records that you shared it manually — the contact shows link shared manually by … and the company's activity log keeps the entry. When the person signs up through that link the chip reads accepted via a link copied by …, so anyone auditing the account can tell an emailed acceptance from one made through a link a colleague passed along.
Positions. Every contact has a free-text job title and a position picked from a standard list (CEO, CFO, VP Engineering, Product Manager, Account Executive, …). Positions are organised in groups — C-Level, Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, People, Legal, IT, Customer Success, Procurement, G&A — and one position can belong to more than one group: the CFO is both C-Level and Finance. When you leave the position empty, ALMAS picks it from the job title if it recognises it ("Chief Financial Officer" becomes CFO); titles it does not know stay as they are. In Marketing → Contacts the Position column shows it, the pencil next to it changes it, and the Position group and Position filters narrow the list. In an audience, the filters Contact position group and Contact position select, for example, everybody in Finance for a finance product announcement.
Editing an audience. In Marketing → Audiences every audience — the seeded ones included — has an Edit action: change the name, the filters and the scope (tenant-wide, or one campaign). Seeded audiences keep their Seeded tag, your definition replaces the default for your workspace, and they still cannot be deleted; use Copy when you want a variant instead.
What the customer sees. A stripped-down screen with only Tickets and Invoices in the sidebar. New ticket asks for a subject, a description, a priority and optional attachments. Each ticket shows its status, the conversation and a reply box; the customer can close their own ticket. Invoices lists unpaid and paid invoices with due dates, a print link and, for unpaid ones, the PIX code with a QR image.
What your team sees. Portal tickets appear in Administrative → Support with a Customer badge and the company chip. Every note you add to such a ticket is visible to the customer — treat the ticket like an email thread. Changing the status or adding a note notifies the customer in the portal and by email.
