Marketing — Dashboard, Audiences, Contacts (2026-09-28)
The Marketing group in the sidebar now has four entries, in alphabetical order: Audiences, Campaigns, Contacts and Dashboard.
Dashboard
Marketing → Dashboard shows fifteen tiles and three charts for a date range (default: the last twelve months) with an optional campaign filter and a currency selector when your workspace uses more than one:
- Funnel — Leads, Deals won, Conversion, Cost per lead, Cost per deal.
- Spend & return — Spend, Planned spend, Attributed revenue (invoiced and paid), ROI.
- Email & consent — Delivery rate, Open rate, Click rate, Unsubscribe rate, Consent coverage.
A tile that cannot be computed says why instead of showing a number ("No campaign spend recorded", "No mailings sent in the window"); the small arrow on each tile lists the inputs behind the value. The charts break leads down by month and source, show the funnel per source, and compare spend with paid revenue per campaign; the table under them links to each campaign. The same tiles appear on each campaign's Results tab, narrowed to that campaign.
Audiences
An audience is a reusable, named group of contacts built from filters — for example company contacts whose contract ends within 60 days. Six are ready out of the box (they carry a Seeded chip and cannot be deleted, but you can copy them). Click Preview on any row to see how many contacts match today and a short, email-masked sample. New audience opens the builder: add one filter per line (field, operator, value), click Preview to check the count, then Add. Only contacts who agreed to receive email are ever counted, whatever the filters say.
Contacts
Marketing → Contacts is the workspace-wide directory of people: contacts of your companies and leads captured by campaign forms. Each row shows the consent chip — No consent, Opted in, Opted out or Suppressed (bounced or complained; only the system sets that one) — and the portal state. Use Opt in / Opt out for consent you collected elsewhere, the search box and the filters to narrow the list, and Invite to portal on a company contact to give them a login (see the portal section below).
Company contacts are also edited from the company page: Sales → Companies → open a company → Contacts card → Edit. Name and email are required (consent and unsubscribe records are keyed on the email). Contacts that used to live in the old free-text contact book were moved here automatically.
