Lead forms and tracked links (2026-09-08)

On a campaign's Forms & links tab you can:

  • Create a lead form — name, the fields you want to ask (name, email, phone, message, or your own), the consent text the visitor must accept, who owns the incoming leads and which source tag to apply. Each form gets a public URL (copy button) and an embed snippet for your website. The public URL opens a ready-made page with your fields and consent text on it — that is the link to paste into a post, an email or a WhatsApp message, and anyone can open it without logging in. The embed snippet is for the other case: dropping the form into a site you already have. Under both you will see the form endpoint (JSON) — that one is for developers wiring their own page, not a link to share. Tracking parameters on the link (?utm_source=…) are carried into the lead's attribution, so a form shared through a tracked link still tells you where the person came from. Every submission creates a lead: a new opportunity at the first step of your Sales pipeline, with the person's details as a contact, the campaign as its origin and the source tag applied. The owner gets a New lead captured notification, and the Leads tab of the campaign lists them.
  • Create a tracked link — paste the destination URL, pick the medium (social, email, cpc…) and a label. ALMAS gives you a short public link that counts clicks and adds the campaign's UTM parameters when it redirects. Use it in posts, emails and printed QR codes so leads captured later can be attributed to the campaign.

Where leads come from is recorded on the lead itself (Sales → Funnel groups them by source), and it stays with the deal all the way to the contract and the invoice.
