A status flow specific to a module (e.g. project pipeline = Planning → In progress → Done). |

When you attach a note, file or transaction to "something else", that something can be a project, task, invoice, company or any other record — it's the same field in the form regardless of type. |

| Pin |
A global flag on a note, project, or task that makes it appear at the top of its list for everyone in the tenant. Click the pin icon (📌) to toggle. Anyone with edit access to the parent can pin or unpin. |
| Favorite |
A personal bookmark on a note, project, or task. Only you see the heart marker — your colleagues don't know what you've Favorited. Click the heart icon (❤️) to toggle. The "My Favorites" page in the user menu shows everything you've Favorited across every tenant you belong to, in one view. |
