Pin and favorite
Two different ways to surface the things you care about:
- Pin (π) β Globally pins a note, project, or task. Everyone in the tenant sees it pinned. Pinned items float to the top of their list. Anyone with edit access to the parent can pin or unpin.
- Favorite (β€οΈ) β Personal bookmark. Only you see the heart. Use it for the projects you visit daily, the tasks you're actively working on, the discussion notes you keep coming back to.
How to use
- On a discussion thread, every note has a pin icon next to its timestamp. Click it to pin the note to the top of the thread for the whole tenant. Click the heart to add it to your personal Favorites.
- On a projects or tasks list (coming soon to the card view), you'll see the same two icons in each card's corner.
The "My Favorites" page
Click your avatar in the top-right and pick My Favorites (heart icon, just below "My profile"). The page shows everything you've Favorited, grouped by tenant. If you belong to multiple tenants (Foi.tech, Acme, Personal, etc.), all of your Favorites from all of them appear in the same view. Click any entry to jump back into that tenant.
You can filter by type with the buttons at the top of the page β all, notes only, projects only, or tasks only.
Tips
- Pin sparingly. If everything is pinned, nothing is.
- Favouriting is private β your manager doesn't see what you've Favorited. Use it freely.
- Removing a tenant from your account (or being removed from one) automatically cleans up the Favorites you had there.
