19. Announcements

Announcements broadcast a message to a chosen audience inside your tenant.

• Create — title, rich-text message, audience (all users / specific roles / specific teams), publish date, expiry date, optional pin.
• List — past and scheduled announcements with read counts.

When a new announcement is published, recipients see it as a modal on their next page load and as an entry in their notifications panel.
