20. Workflows and automation

The workflows module lets you automate repeating processes.

• Trigger — what starts the workflow: an event (task created, invoice paid), a schedule (every Monday at 9am), or manual (a button).
• Conditions — if/then rules to filter which records the workflow runs on.
• Actions — what happens: send an email, update a field, create a record, post to a webhook.

Each workflow has an enable/disable toggle and a Test button so you can dry-run it before going live. Execution history is kept per run with success/failure status and a log.
