18. Support tickets

ALMAS has two kinds of support tickets:

Projects in support

Support → Projects lists the projects whose current step belongs to the support department — installed work you are maintaining (the Support step on either pipeline). Same cards and filters as the Projects list, with the Department filter preset to Support; the department chip on each card confirms it. See Where a project lives.

Internal support

For your tenant's own users to raise issues with internal IT or operations. Open Support in the sidebar, click Create, fill in:

  • Title and description.
  • Priority — low, medium, high, urgent.
  • Assignee — who should handle it.

The ticket appears in the same list page, with filters for status (open, in-progress, resolved, closed), priority, and age.

External support (public form)

Customers without ALMAS accounts can submit tickets through a public form. Share the link from Tenant settings → External support with your customers; they can also bookmark it.

The form asks for:

  • Name and description.
  • Priority.
  • Optional tags and file attachments (max 10 MB each).

When submitted, the ticket lands in the same Support module, marked with task type Support, status New, and assigned to the tenant owner. The customer gets a confirmation with their ticket ID.
