Checking if everything's running (System status)
If something feels off — pages slow to load, an action not going through — you can check whether ALMAS itself is healthy. Open the Help center and click the System status tile (or go to Help → System status).
You'll see:
- A single traffic-light at the top: green means all systems are operational, yellow means something is degraded (still working, but slower or partial), and red means a service is disrupted.
- A per-area breakdown — Database, Tenant databases, Background jobs, Cache, File storage, and Realtime — each with its own colour so you can see exactly which part is affected.
- A small 7-day history strip under each area, so you can tell whether a hiccup is happening right now or already cleared up.
The page reads from the most recent automatic check (these run regularly in the background), so it's a quick, safe way to confirm whether a problem is on your side or ours — no settings to change, nothing you can break by looking.
