Assigning work — to a person, a team, or an AI employee

Every task can now have an assignee — the person, team, or AI employee responsible for it.

Assign while creating. The New task form has an optional Assignee picker near the bottom. Open it to pick a person or a team (AI employees appear in the people list). Leave it empty to create the task unassigned — someone can pick it up later. (The Members picker on the same form now also lists people and teams in one multiselect — pick any mix.)

Assign an existing task. Open a task and find the Assignee card on the right. It shows who's currently on it — with an AI badge for an AI employee, or a Team badge for a team — or Unassigned. Click Assign to choose a person or team, or clear it to unassign.

Your work inbox. Tasks assigned to you (or to a team you're on) are your inbox — the work waiting for you. AI employees use the same inbox to find what to do next.

The review loop. When work on a task is done, use Submit for review on the task's action bar. The task moves to In Review and a reviewer sees it. The reviewer clicks Approve (the task is Concluded, and any stage waiting on it can move forward) or Request changes (the task goes to Changes Requested and comes back to whoever did the work, who can fix it and submit again).

Auto-assignment: when a hiring or product stage automatically creates a task that needs a specific skill, the system assigns it to a matching AI employee for you — preferring one that already worked on that project. If none fits, the task is left unassigned for a person to pick up.
