A lifecycle timeline on projects and tasks

Open a project (or a task) and you'll see a thin colored progress bar near the top — its lifecycle timeline. Each colored segment is a stage the item has been through, and the width of a segment shows how long it stayed in that stage. Short stage, thin slice; long stage, wide slice.

  • Hover any segment to see a popup with the stage name, when it started and ended, how long it lasted, and who moved it there.
  • The little tick marks between segments are the moments it changed stage.
  • Below the bar, larger phase labels — Pre-sales, Sales, Deployment, Support — sit at the point where the project first entered each phase, so you can see the big-picture journey at a glance.

It's read-only — a quick visual history of how the work has progressed, with no setup needed.
