8. Companies

Companies are external organisations you do business with: customers, partners, suppliers.

Three tabs

The companies list opens with three tabs:

  • Clients — customers you sell to or invoice.
  • Partners — strategic partners.
  • Suppliers — vendors you buy from.

A search box at the top of each tab filters the list. Click a row to open the company in the side panel.

Creating a company

Press N C or click Create company. Fill in:

  • Name (required).
  • Tax / registration number.
  • Email, phone.
  • Address.
  • Type (client, partner, supplier).
  • Tags — free-form labels for grouping.

The company detail page

Tabs include: Contracts, Invoices, Transactions, Notes, and PIX (for Brazilian payment integration). The detail view brings every project, invoice and transaction tied to this company together in one place.
