31b. Export tenant data
Anywhere you have the export tenant permission you'll see a download icon next to the edit icon on each tenant row. Click it to start an export. ALMAS produces a zip containing:
manifest.json— counts and metadatatables/<name>.jsonl— every row of every table, one JSON object per linefiles/<path>— every file the tenant uploaded
When the zip is ready you'll receive an email titled Your tenant export is ready with a download link valid for 30 days. Past exports are also visible on the tenant detail page under the Exports tab.
