Guided tours

The fastest way to learn a workflow is to let ALMAS walk you through it. Open Help center → Guided tours (or your avatar menu → Help → Guided tours) and pick a tour — for example Your first project and tasks or Set up your clients. The app then navigates to the real pages and spotlights exactly where to click, one step at a time:

  • Follow the spotlight. Highlighted buttons are the real thing — clicking them advances the tour while you do the actual work (create the project, name the company, and so on). When the tour points at a form field, saving or closing that form moves the tour along automatically.
  • Follow the spotlight, or click Next. When a form is involved, the tour walks you through it field by field and ends by highlighting the Create/Save button itself — there is always exactly one obvious next action. To leave a tour early, click the ✕ on the popover; you can restart it anytime and nothing you created is lost.
  • Completed badges. Finished tours show a Completed badge in the catalog, so you can see what you've covered. Starting a tour again replays it from the beginning.
  • Greyed-out tours need a permission your role doesn't have — the card tells you why.

The five starter tours cover moving day-to-day business out of spreadsheets: clients, your first project and its tasks, invoicing a client, recording income and expenses, and recurring bills as contracts.

Tours now speak your language: switch the app to Português or Español (your avatar menu → language) and every tour — titles, steps, buttons — follows along, on the same real pages. The Ghost answers in your language too.

New to ALMAS? For your first two weeks a small compass chip floats near the Ghost — "New here? Take the tour" — and clicking it starts the getting-started tour right where you are. Snooze it like any reminder if you'd rather explore alone; it retires by itself once you finish a tour or settle in.

Feature requests

The Feature requests module is where you propose new features and vote on others'. Each request has a status (open, planned, in-progress, shipped, declined) so you can see what the team is doing with your suggestions.

Contact options

When self-service doesn't cut it, file a support ticket from the Support module (Section 18) or — for product bugs — use the bug-reporting flow (Section 28).
