Marketing — Campaigns (2026-09-08)
The Marketing group in the sidebar now has a Campaigns page. A campaign is a project of a special kind: it has the same header, notes, files, tasks and journal you know from projects, plus a marketing pipeline (brief → proposal → approval → production → review → launch → running → closed) and three extra tabs — Budget, Leads and Forms & links. Campaigns never appear on the Administrative → Projects list; they live only under Marketing.
Creating a campaign
Open Marketing → Campaigns and click + New. Fill in the name, the objective (awareness, lead generation, nurture, retention, upsell, event or website), the channels you plan to use, dates, priority, the leader and — optionally — a planned budget. When you set a planned budget, ALMAS creates the campaign's budget for you with the ceiling switched on, so nobody can add items above it without relaxing it first.
Moving a campaign forward
The workflow actions on the header move the campaign through its steps. Steps with a gate (proposal, approval, production, review) only advance once their tasks are concluded — the approval and review steps are yours to conclude; the others are the marketing team's (or, later, the marketing AI employee's).
You need the read campaign permission to see the page and create / update campaign to create or move one. Admins get all campaign automatically after the update; other roles are granted them in Roles.
