27. Notifications

The bell icon in the top bar turns red with a number when you have unread notifications. Click a notification to go where it points: a project, a task or a transaction opens that record; Achievement unlocked opens My profile → Achievements, Monthly podium the Leaderboard, You've been recognized the Recognition wall, and a redemption the Rewards page. A notification that points nowhere in particular is simply marked as read.

What you'll be notified about

  • Project / task assignments — added to a project or task; reassigned a task; named project leader.
  • Comments — someone @-mentioned you in a discussion.
  • Workflow runs — a workflow you set up succeeded or failed.
  • Announcements — your tenant published a new announcement.
  • Bug triage — your bug got an AI-generated fix plan attached.

The notification panel shows the ten most recent. Click one to jump to the related record. Hover and click the trash icon to dismiss it.

Real-time delivery

Notifications stream in over a WebSocket — no need to refresh. Latency is typically under a second.

Priority

Notifications inherit the priority of the related record. A high-priority task you're added to produces a high-priority notification; a low-priority one stays quiet.
